Women on the Weels of the Time
Being a woman over 40 in Armenia often marks a transition to a new chapter in life—one where the responsibilities of family, child-rearing, and education begin to ease, allowing more time to focus on personal passions, career growth, self-development, and contributing to the public good.
In this project, we’ve spotlighted four remarkable women who have achieved leadership roles in the cultural sphere. These women—directors of museums, heads of cultural centers, cultural journalists, and curators—share their experiences and perspectives through a shared, concise questionnaire. The result is a series of four short films, each offering an intimate portrait of one of these inspiring figures, showcasing their journey, accomplishments, and vision for the future of culture. Language: Armenian.
